What it means
Your wallet sent a transaction with a nonce lower than the most recent onchain nonce.
Example: The sender wallet recently sent a transaction with nonce 55 and tried to send a new transaction with nonce 53.
How to fix it
Ensure that the wallet is sending transactions with increasing nonces.
