How to share your console log errors

This support guide will teach you how to share your console log errors for your web application to help us understand your issue.

Getting Started

Go to the web application that you're having issues with.

After that, press right-click from your mouse and select Inspect or Inspect Element. A developer tool will appear on your screen.

Next, look for the Console tab and navigate to it.

Capture or Screenshot any error message from the Console tab.

You can now share the error messages with us via Email or Discord.

By following the steps above, you will be able to share with us the error messages in full detail, which can help us resolve your issue efficiently.
