Can I unpin content in order to stay on the Starter plan?
Yes, you can unpin content by accessing the following Storage page and selecting “Unpin” from the “Your Pinned Files” section.
How do I get started?
thirdweb Starter plan is open and completely self-serve. We’ve made it easy for you to get started — simply connect your wallet to start using thirdweb platform. You only need to create an account with your email address and add payment method when you’re approaching your monthly free usage limits (so that we can send you billing updates if you go over).
How do I sign up for thirdweb Pro plan?
To sign for thirdweb Pro plan, Contact Sales team to learn about thirdweb pro features and get a quote for monthly subscription fee.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to thirdweb Settings > Billing in Dashboard
Where can I see my usage history?

Can I customize the IPFS Storage size of my plan?
Yes. The first 1GB of Storage is free on our Starter plan, and beyond that is pay-as-you-go (+$0.10 per GB). You can also upgrade to Pro for custom Storage limits here.
Can I bring my own IPFS service for my app?
Yes you can, thirdweb is completely interoperable. The first 50GB of Storage is free, and beyond that is pay-as-you-go (+$0.10 per GB). You can also upgrade to Pro for custom Storage limits here. If you wish, you can provide your own storage pinning and gateway service. See more implementation details here.
Who pays the fees on credit card checkouts?
Credit card checkouts are free for the seller. The 4.9% + $0.30 on top of the price for the NFT is paid by the buyer.
Can I raise my Checkout transaction limit?
Transaction limits for our free plan are $1000 per transaction. You can upgrade to Pro for a $15,000 Per Transaction Limit. For custom limits, please contact Sales.
Is a billing method required for sponsoring transactions on testnet?
Billing is not required to sponsor transactions on testnets.
Pricing Questions
How are RPCs calculated?
RPC usage is calculated by requests per second. For the starter plan, users are allowed 25 requests per second rate limit for free. For the pro plan, this rate limit increases 5,000 requests per second rate limit. Contact sales to upgrade to thirdweb pro plan.
How is Storage Pinning calculated?
Storage pinning usage is calculated by GB per file size. For the starter plan, users receive 1GB monthly free limit. For the pro plan, this rate limit increases to 25GB per file size rate limit. Contact sales to upgrade to thirdweb pro plan.
How is Storage Gateway calculated?
Storage gateway usage is calculated by GB per file size. For the starter plan, users get 100 requests per second rate limit for free. For the pro plan, this rate limit increases to 5000 requests per second rate limit. Contact sales to upgrade to thirdweb pro plan.
How is Email Wallet (managed recovery code) calculated?
Email wallet (with managed recovery code) usage is calculated by monthly active wallets (i.e. active as defined by at least 1 user log-in via email or social within the billing period month). For both the starter and pro plan, users receive 10,000 free monthly active wallets + charged $0.02 per incremental monthly active wallet after. Note that wallets with self recovery code is completely free to use.
How is Payments Gasless calculated?
Gasless is calculated by sponsored network fees. For both the starter and pro plan, users are charged 10% premium on top of sponsored network fees.
How is Payments Paymaster calculated?
Paymaster usage is calculated by sponsored network fees. For both the starter and pro plan, users are charged 10% premium on top of sponsored network fees.
How is Payments Bundler calculated?
Bundler usage is calculated by sponsored network fees. For both the starter and pro plan, users are charged 10% premium on top of sponsored network fees.
