Updating already minted NFT metadata
Is it possible to update an image or metadata after an NFT has already been minted?
It’s not possible to update NFT metadata once the NFTs are uploaded to our prebuilt contracts. By design, our contracts are immutable and don't permit NFTs to be changed after they have been deployed. We are currently considering approaches to dynamic NFTs and plan to implement them into our product soon.
You can however create your own contracts with updatable metadata and use thirdweb Deploy.
