Is it possible to change admin wallet on my cloud hosted engine?

For security reasons, it is not possible to change the original admin of a deployed Engine.

If you have access to the original admin account, you can add other admins through the Engine dashboard. This process is straightforward and ensures that your team can continue to manage and oversee the Engine effectively. By adding additional admins, you can share admin responsibilities.

However, if you no longer have access to the original admin account, the situation becomes more complex. In this case, we advise canceling your current paid services. This step is necessary because without access to the original admin account, you will not be able to manage the billing portal, which is essential for overseeing your subscription and payment details.

To continue using our services, we recommend subscribing to the same services under a new thirdweb account. This will allow you to regain full control and management capabilities over your services and billing. While this might be an inconvenience, it ensures that your account remains secure and that your administrative and billing processes are properly managed.
